Goals & Objectives
The goals of this project are: to accurately tell the story of this hugely pivotal and unsung Environmental Justice hero, support the contemporary work of Environmental Justice organizers across Chicago and beyond, and activate listeners to participate in the EJ work happening in their communities.
Results & Impact
The project has activated thousands of listeners into participation, aided PCR in both building new campaigns and avoiding eviction from their offices at the hands of the city, and inspired a youth theatre ensemble to create a play based on the podcast that has recently extended its run.
