We share this impactful work in the 2023 Southwest Airlines One Report, published in May 2024. The report highlights our 2023 corporate Citizenship initiatives, integrating financial, corporate social responsibility; and ESG reporting. The comprehensive report showcases how we champion causes that matter most to our business.

Goals & Objectives

•Educate Employees, Customers, Investors, & ESG Raters/ Rankers about our corporate Citizenship initiatives by strategically promoting the report internally & externally. •Highlight pertinent CSR and ESG updates like our enhanced Nonstop to Net Zero by 2050 strategy, Safety indexes, & Company goals.

Results & Impact

The launch effectively engaged audiences: •News release: 345 mentions, nearly doubling 2023's coverage. •Social media: Achieved 178.5K impressions and 5.7K engagements, up nearly 20% from 2023. One Report content also boosted ratings and earned awards, enhancing visibility and impact of Southwest.
