About This Project
Summary
Time Sensitive features candid, revealing long-form interviews with curious and courageous people about their life and work through the lens of time. Our host, Spencer Bailey, speaks with leading minds across the cultural spectrum—from art and architecture to climate, technology, and beyond—about how they think about time broadly and how specific moments in time have shaped who they are today.
Goals & Objectives
Our mission is to encourage greater reflection and foster community through nuanced, long-form storytelling. We achieve this through in-depth conversations with leading cultural figures, whether the novelist Min Jin Lee; Mellon Foundation president Elizabeth Alexander; or the chef Massimo Bottura.
Results & Impact
Time Sensitive has seen nearly 2 million downloads across the series, with an average of around 20,000 downloads per episode, and our overall brand has cultivated a culture-forward audience of 2.6 million people who are invested in slowness, whole-earth thinking, and philosophies on time.
