About This Project
Summary
Samsung Canada recognized a concerning trend: declining relevance among an increasingly overwhelmed and disconnected Gen MZ audience. Unsurprising, diagnosis of ADHD in adults was also rising. Teaming up with the Possibilities Clinic, we identified how SmartThings could not only enhance but simplify everyday life for Canadians with ADHD. Together, we created SmartThings x ADHD, a first-of-its-kind resource hub powered by a custom, flexible UX, responsive to the unique needs of the neurodiverse.
Goals & Objectives
Through site traffic and campaign engagement, we wanted to increase awareness of the app and its tangible benefits for a growing audience, adults with ADHD. On a brand level, we wanted to increase the ‘Proud to Own’ metric against competitors to build corporate reputation and shift perception.
Results & Impact
Site visits were 1.5X above target, and email open rates were 3X above target including a high engager segment at 5.6X above target. Most importantly, our polls reported a strong increase in Samsung’s ‘proud to own’ metric with 81% of respondents sharing that they now view the brand more positively.
