About This Project
Summary
In April 2024, actor, author & activist, Aria Mia Loberti, was named a UNICEF Ambassador. Aria has brought attention to UNICEF’s work through media interviews; activating and amplifying via social media; appearing at in-person speaking events at Aspen Ideas Climate and Health, and at Mastercard Inclusive Growth Summit; and meetings with members of Congress to advocate for equitable access to education. She also headlined UNCIEF USA’s gala in November 2023, which raised nearly $4M.
Goals & Objectives
Aria joins other UNICEF celebrity ambassadors to use her voice, platform, and talent to bring much needed attention and support to UNICEF and its work on climate, education, girls’ empowerment, and more. She has traveled with UNICEF and helps amplify the voices of young changemakers.
Results & Impact
Aria represents UNICEF at many high-level events that reach thousands. Media coverage of her work as UNICEF Ambassador had a potential reach of over 300M. She engages thousands on social media about UNICEF and helps raise funds. This reach and credibility helps UNICEF USA deliver on its mission.
