Summary
World Youth Clubs (WYC) is a global affiliate-based nonprofit, operating in 45 + countries with plans to expand, dedicated to strengthening the capacity of youth clubs. Our Mission Advancement Team of seasoned youth development professionals works with Affiliates to assess their needs and design individualized plans, helping clubs expand programs, stabilize finances, develop boards, and build strong community ties so young people everywhere have safe, supportive places to grow.
Goals & Objectives
Building on our presence in over 50 countries, WYC aims to increase our reach to over 100 countries within five years. Through our global network, we connect youth development professionals across the world, empowering them to learn from one another and amplify impact on local youth.
Results & Impact
WYC works with clubs closely, ensuring Affiliates receive tailored, sustainable support. Within the first year as an Affiliate, they see an average increase of 20% with continued improvement in subsequent years. Throughout the lifetime of their affiliation, over 85% see an increase in capacity.
